In December 2024, the overall monitoring indicator changed to flash the “red” signal, the total score increased 4 points to 38. The trend-adjusted leading index decreased for five consecutive months and the coincident index increased for twentieth consecutive months, the government will be closely monitoring the economic situation.
The Monitoring Indicators
．The total score in December 2024 was 38, flashing the “red” signal, which increased 4 points from 34 last month.
Leading Indicators
．The trend-adjusted leading index decreased by 0.76% in December 2024 to 100.43, falling for five consecutive months.
Coincident Indicators
．The trend-adjusted coincident index increased by 0.61% in December 2024 to 105.20, rising for twentieth consecutive months.
Lagging Indicators
．The trend-adjusted lagging index decreased by 0.61% in December 2024 to 96.97, falling for eighth consecutive months.
