Our Mission: effectively assist businesses to overcome investment obstacles and accelerate investment in Taiwan

The InvesTaiwan Service Center was established under the Executive Yuan’s Global Investment Task Force to support the Executive Yuan’s global investment promotion strategy. The Center aims to provide customized, one-stop solutions for domestic and foreign investors who have concrete investment plans or face obstacles to investment.

InvesTaiwan Service Center Organizational Framework

• The Minister of Economic Affairs serves as the chairman of the InvesTaiwan Service Center (ITSC,) with the director-general of the MOEA’s Department of Investment Services and the director-general of the Industrial Development Bureau (IDB) as vice-chairmen.
• The Center has a CEO, appointed by the Minister of Economic Affairs, who is a manager with substantial experience of investment promotion administration. In addition there is also one or two deputy CEOs, appointed by the chairman, who assist(s) the CEO.
• The office has 30 enthusiastic staff members (with backgrounds in industry, government and law) who are always ready to provide enthusiastic service.

• Investment plan consulting and evaluation.
• Coordination with government agencies and local governments to overcome problems encountered by investors and follow-up on the progress of investment projects.
• Provision of investors with the assistance they need to make relocating to Taiwan easy.
• Setting of Standard Operating Procedures for individual investment promotion cases for the reference of related government agencies.
• Provision of assistance to related government agencies in carrying out training of investment promotion personnel.

  研院提供可移轉技術之表單內容供全球招商聯合服務中心案源小組，表單在經過匯整成投資機會後將翻譯成英文及日文版本，擬再透過投資業務處轉送表單至海外各駐外經濟組以協助尋找當地有意愿投資此技術項目之海外投資者...

「行政院全球招商聯合服務中心」位於充滿人文歷史風情的襄陽路，毗鄰臺北二二八紀念公園、書店林立的重慶南路，捷運、火車站、高鐵近在咫尺，不論洽商會談都非常便捷。

1. 公車：搭乘15、15(萬美線)、18、22、220、220(直達車)、247、257、276、287、3、621、640、重慶干線至二二八紀念公園站，我們就在旁邊。
2. 捷運：
• 搭乘捷運淡水線至臺大醫院站，下車後走五分鐘即可抵達。
