（一）投資流程
１、向新墨西哥州企業委員會（New Mexico Corporation Commission）辦
理登記。
２、向新墨西哥州州務卿辦公室辦理登記。
３、向稅務廳辦理登記，並取得稅賦編號（Tax Identification Number）。
（二）公司設立型態
１、獨資經營（Sole Proprietorship）。
２、企業經營（Business Trust）。
３、與中小企業公司合夥經營（Joint Venture）。
