                    （七）年終獎金（Utilidades o Beneficios Anuales）：

                                依勞工法規定，每年另予1個月薪年終獎金。工作未滿1年者，按比例

                           給付。

                    （八）退休：


                                委國勞工退休年齡為，男性年滿60歲，女性滿55歲。
