Sino MG Technology Co., Ltd. was founded by Chairman Liao Han-Ming of the A&1 Group in 2018. The company specializes in alloy lubricating coating technology for vacuum plasma process. With the booming AI application market, the company decided to focus on high-precision probes and special metal-coated chips as its core development direction. In response to the surge in global AI chip market demand and the EU's environmental policy on RoHS, the company has signed a probe joint development contract with the packaging and testing supply chain, and successfully developed special metal-coated chips that comply with the EU's RoHS fully lead-free environmental standards after packaging. With its leading R&D capabilities and patented technologies, the company will invest NT$350 million in Neihu District, Taipei City to build high-precision probe and special metal-coated chip production lines in its existing plant. The plant will introduce a fully automated smart manufacturing system, including IoT data analysis and AI-optimized process management systems, to maintain high product quality and productivity. In addition, the company will install a solar power generation system and use energy efficient equipment to comprehensively improve the plant's green energy efficiency and implement eco-friendly and sustainability concepts.
